Cut from your drawing
If you already have a drawing, send it across and we will cut straight from it. A DXF file is ideal because it goes directly to the machine with no interpretation required. We also work happily from DWG files, PDF drawings and hand sketches, as long as the dimensions are clear. Plenty of our customers send a photo of a sketch on the back of a delivery note and that is absolutely fine.
Design and cut
Not everyone has a CAD drawing, and you do not need one to work with us. Describe what you need, send a photo of the existing part, or drop the old broken component into the workshop, and we will draw it up and cut it. This is one of the biggest differences between us and a large profiling house. They need a file. We do not.
One-offs, prototypes and production runs
There is no minimum order. A single replacement bracket for a farm machine is just as welcome as a run of two hundred base plates for a structural job. For prototypes we can cut one, let you trial fit it, then adjust the drawing and cut the full batch once you are happy. That approach saves an enormous amount of money compared with committing to a full run and finding a fault at fit-up.
